1). Immit 60kg water and 0.25kg QD into oil trough, then churn it for 5 minutes;

2). Immit 6kg QA, 3kgQB, 1kg QC into oil trough in turn, then churn it for 10 minutes

5. Methods of Application

1). Pre-spinning:  Immit 0.5-1% QL-108 finishing oil of polyester staple fibre

2). Post-spinning: Immit silicon oil

3). Condition of use silicon oil in the course of Post-spinning

a). Position and method to supply silicon oil

     The best way is using it after crimper.

b).Heating:

        No.1 area of oven   150

        No.2 area of oven   160

        No.3 area of oven   160

        Speed of hot air > 1.5m/s for 5 minutes treatment

c). Best rate of use silicon oil:

        0.4-0.6%

d). Water Percentage in fibre:

        <0.1%

6. Notes

1). This product can not be mixed with any anion finishing oil.

2). Quality valid: Within 6 months. Keep it sealed and in proper temperature.
